The refrigerator meets hygienic and sanitary conditions suitable for the requirements of the main markets in the world. All our production lines are approved and supervised by the National Animal Health Service (SENASA) to meet all quality requirements.

MIA Seafood has a covered area of 5871.80m2, distributed in the filleting room, the processing room, the freezing room, the smoking room, the maintenance rooms, the machine room, the warehouses, the offices, the bathrooms, the changing rooms, etc.

Cold Capacity

MIA has a daily freezing production capacity of 65 tonnes in cold tunnels, and in contact plates of 12 tonnes, being able to store around 2,000 tonnes of finished frozen product.

Ice Factory

The slaughterhouse also has an ice factory with a production capacity of 5,000 kg per day.
